Power Rankings: School Subjects

1)
Math
Math is vital. It’s used every day. 1+1=2.
2)
Writing
Writing has to be the most important subject, along with reading. Without the written language, how would books be written and our history recorded “accurately”?
3)
P.E./Athletics
I loved gym in school. I excelled in a variety of sports, which made gym awesome.
4)
Reading
You’ve got to be able to read in order to comprehend most of the other subjects listed. I’d say everyone should learn to read.
5)
Science
Science is so exciting to me. When you’re real young, you are introduced to the planets, and then before you know it, you messing with gross old frogs in high school.
6)
Health
The study of all things health-related . . . body, mind, from head to toe and everything in between.
7)
History
The study of the past and how it has impacted the present and sets up a model to follow or not follow in the future.
8)
Art
While being a good artist may not be a necessity in life, art is the one school subject pupils cannot fail.
9)
Music/Band
Music helps people cope with life’s struggles. It’s been linked to higher learning, and it is an essential part of most people’s days.
10)
Foreign Language
Foreign language is becoming a must in schools now, with so many different cultures coming to America. It’s also pretty fun talking to your parents in a language they don’t understand.

The Power Rankings are compiled by MyBriefs staff writers Joseph Laguere, Franklin Lee, Brandon Meyers and Christopher Wilson and are sponsored by Panda Express.
